This service is to provide students, faculty and staff with technical support related to computer, hardware or software assistance in an efficient and accurate manner.

 

Service Includes:

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process.
  • Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources.
  • Develop standard operating procedures to ensure continuity of service for applications and hardware.
