Description:
This service is to provide staff & faculty workspace relocations as a result of department consolidations, growth, new building construction, renovations, or other. Employee move forms will be submitted for approval in order for IT hardware equipment to be moved and reinstalled in its new location.

Service Includes:

• Employees Move Form that will need to be filled out and approved
• Schedule a timeframe on when to move employees
• IT will set up and verify IT equipment works in new location
