IT Training Service

This service is targeted at development of IT skills both within IT and non-IT staff. It has two components: e-learning and instructor-led training. The e-learning training program provides web-based training to both, non-IT and IT staff. The instructor-led training provides standardized IT training for IT-staff only.

Service Includes: 

  • Instructor-led , and online training with a catalog of over 200 IT courses.
  • Instructional bundles that contain up to 100 courses (mix of IT and non-IT). Training        modules include topics such as: Administrative Customer Service & Professional Development Desktop (Windows 7, 10) IT Management Project Management Networking 
  •  Coordinate with IT staff/managers 
  • Coordinate scheduling of training with vendor 
  • Training Report Audit 
  • Report of Credits: Used/Available

Service Availability: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
