Description:
This service is to provide IT support to students, faculty, and staff at NVC. The service center is located in Manzanillo Hall (MZH) 106. IT will provide support via walk-in, phone, and email.
Service Includes:
- Tier I Helpdesk services
- Assistance with password resets
- Walk customer through problem-solving process
- Ask questions to determine the nature of the problem
- Track, route, and redirect problems to correct resource
